Meet the Troopy

This is our Troopy. Purchased in October 2016, it had 150K on the clock and was in excellent condition. Apart from a second battery, it had no other accessories fitted – we started with a clean slate! The story of how we  ‘built’ our Troopy can be found on the “Building an overlander” page. Our traveling partners also have the same model Troopies – we’re all pretty confident of how strong and reliable these vehicles are. During the journey, we’ll keep you updated as to how our vehicles are going and how the modifications and accessories fitted for the trip are performing.
